The Tottenham Weather Report at the Eco Hub in Lordship Rec on 27 November 2016 included talks on the proposed art installation in the Rec, Luke Howard and an introduction to the Oxford Brookes Change Project.
The architecture students involved in the Change Project have designed and built ‘Weather Devices’ for Lordship Rec and Broadwater Farm. The devices each explore a specific weather phenomenon; the devices interact with this phenomenon and in various ways collect data about it. The students explained the workings of the devices on the day to participants as they walked around the Rec.
